Components for aluminum alloy lamp poles in the North American market: such as decorative bases, fixed flange bases, joint conversion parts, and lamp head parts. Steel pipe lamp poles, aluminum alloy profile lamp poles. Mechanical components such as machine parts and pump valve parts.

The factory is located in Botou City, China's largest foundry production base. It has a complete casting process: green sand casting molding area of ​​3,000 square meters, resin sand casting molding area of 10,000 square meters, machining workshop of 6,000 square meters, and sandblasting, grinding, painting and packaging workshop of 6,000 square meters. There are 2 vacuum lost foam casting production lines, 3 vertical molding lines, 2 horizontal molding lines, and 3 electrophoretic spraying lines. There are 10 engineers with more than 30 years of casting experience and 9 mold production cooperative manufacturers. There are 50 experienced foundry workers and 6 quality inspectors.

The production process is strictly carried out in accordance with ISO9001:2015 certification. The raw materials are all in line with national standard materials.
